**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Technology Adviser**

a. Be the primary technical, operational and procedural liaison for all merchant/partner facing implementations and deployments.

b. Ensure top level technical delivery of all Sales related engagements

c. Keep Sales discussions factually correct and preserve technical and solution integrity during all commercial merchant/partner discussions and dialogue

d. Understand competitive solutions and keep the commercial team fully informed on how to match, and generally exceed, Boku solution delivery for best-in-class merchant results

based on their business needs and plans.

e. Educate merchants the flexibility & capabilities of Bokusolution to encourage continuous use

f. Identify and develop innovative solutions with available technologies to address new opportunities.

**2.** **Technical Integration**:
a. Work closely with merchants to understand, capture and deliver solutions to their requirements.

b. Manage all aspects of technical integration in the various use-cases and put all together to align with internal teams for technical and timeline feasibility.

c. Work closely with Internal teams to support merchants implementation.

**3.** **Interact and communication**:
a. Work cross functionally across Commerce, Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Engineering teams to ensure merchant projects are delivered on time and in the required feature scope.

b. Be fully interchangeable with any commercial/salesperson on the Sales team when needed. (e.g.: should a salesperson be unable to join a call/meeting, the Sales Engineer should be comfortable acting as a bona fide salesperson for that call/meeting and take full ownership of that role until a salesperson returns.

c. Provide real time feedback to Product Management to augment, enhance or adjust current solution offerings. Also act as a liaison between the merchant ecosystem the overall Boku team. (e.g.: keep current with merchant/consumer trends, behaviors and preferences).

d. Work with merchants following requests for information and proposal requests.

e. Put together business cases, present proposals & pitches to merchants with commercial team.

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
