Banquet Operations Executive

**Responsibilities**:
Support the Banquet Operations Manager in the day-to-day operations.
Ensures all banquet equipment are in good working condition and reports defects for repair or replacement.
Assist in the smooth execution of service in Banquets, offering the highest level of service and professionalism.
Ensure compliance to food safety and hygiene standards.
Oversee and assess coaches and their relevant classes and programmes.
Other ad-hoc operational duties and responsibilities as and when assigned.

**Requirements**:
Diploma in Hotel Management/Food and Beverage or equivalent with at least 3 years’ relevant experience, prior work experience in Banquet will be advantageous.
Team player, good problem solver who thinks outside-the-box in difficult situations.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment handling multiple tasks.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational and problem solving ability.
Resourceful and high level of attention to detail.
Able to work on rotating shifts and on weekends as well as public holidays.
