The Write Connection is a premier education company in Singapore. We are looking for an IT Executive to support the daily operations of our centres by joining our Internal Operations Team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage/participate in new setup or upgrade of systems and monitor system utilisation.
- Perform troubleshooting or provide alternatives to resolve cases that are raised across various centres.
- Assist with IT projects from conceptualisation, planning, execution to completion.
- Ensure the deadlines of IT deliverables are met with desired quality, and communicated to various departments.
- Maintain records of IT hardware, software, inventory, service and IT related contracts and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and regulations.
- Perform any other special projects as assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- Possess at least a Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Able to work efficiently to meet tight deadlines, organise time well, and work with minimum supervision.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google App Script, HTML/CSS, Apple systems and devices, and ECOS would be favourable.
- Technically savvy and/or fast learner of technology.
- Comfortable using the Mac platform.
- Possess excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders and ensure that works meet requirements, and expected timelines.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is a plus as the work would involve collaboration with technical teams based in China

**Work Hours and Location**:

- 5 days work week: includes 4 weekdays and 1 weekend (which can be a Sat or Sun depending on roster)
- Shifts:

- Weekdays: 12.30pm - 9.30pm
- Weekends: 8.30am - 6.30pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,400.00 - $3,300.00 per month
