We are looking for a **Field Operations Manager** based in **Singapore**.

The role holder is responsible for the ACS Service Performance within the assigned geographical area. The area of responsibility will consist of multiple operational locations, consisting of DHL and 3rd Party operated sites. Ensures operating procedures and performance within the field meet objectives. Manage contractual agreements, ensuring and analyzing service delivery performance. Ensure ACS tools are deployed and used extensively in the field. Manage the operations costs for the region. Lead the interaction, and be the go-to contact for ACS operations in the area. Support process compliance, system & process deployment & ensure regulatory compliance.

**How will you contribute to the success of DHL?**:

- Minimize Ops Compliance failures through root cause analysis
- Develop systematic approaches for assuring Operational Compliance with solutions
- Review alignment of station practices with Global SOP
- Weekly Operational KPI review and implementation with corrective actions
- Ensure consistent Service Quality is achieved for inbound and outbound freight transported in the network
- Support Customer Service claims and trace resolutions
- Manage third party operations to ensure optimum service and cost management
- Provide field support to the network ensuring all ACS processes are implemented & followed, through on site visits & audits.
- Support the operations facilities through the provision of timely and accurate feedback on performance, and sharing of BDPs
- Increase customer satisfaction by leading continuous improvement activities with the Operations teams
- Work with our Performance Management team to identify service gaps and improvement opportunities

**Do you have what it takes?**:

- Degree Holder or equivalent working experience in the Aviation / Air Cargo industry
- Relevant experience in airline cargo operations, compliance and performance management
- Has numeracy, statistical ability to analyze trends and capacity management an added advantage
- Knowledgeable and experienced in managing projects, product and capacity steering principles
- Analytical mind, willingness to learn and able to work under pressure
- Preferably 3 to 5 years of more experience in airfreight and/or integrator related air cargo business
- Proven management skills with ability to optimize team performance
- Able to delegate and obtain results through various stakeholders to achieve high performance
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with all stakeholders
- Results orientated and able to deliver within deadlines and motivate others to participate
