**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales action plans to drive business growth.
- Provide expert assistance to customers in selecting safety solutions and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Actively contribute to achieving business plans and sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to meet company goals and missions.

**Requirements**:

- Marine/Electrical Engineering Diploma is an advantage.
- Prior sales experience is preferred.
- Managerial skills and experience are an added advantage.
- Strong team player with a friendly, cheerful disposition.
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
- Aggressive with good organization skills.
- Must possess own car; car allowance provided.
- Training will be provided to ensure success in the role.
