- Other- Work and coordinate with appointed training vendors in driving senior management leadership programmes, which includes the administration and logistics arrangement and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for dialogue and panel discussions
- Review and streamline operational and administrative processes in relation to the leadership programmes, which includes the programme After Action Review (AAR), process flow for course registrations, etc
- Assist in planning and organising topical sharing sessions for the Community Care sector
- Engage potential Institutes of Higher Learning in identifying suitable Executive Development programmes and work with the Community Care leaders for nominations
- Collaborate with the Community Care Organisations in developing potential talents as part of the Talent Development and Management for the sector
- Involvement in programmes budget planning, monitoring and utilisation, or committees/special projects, where required
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree in any discipline with 2 to 5 years of working experience
- Possess the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and an aptitude in problem-solving
