**Core Responsibilities**
The Centre Manager is to work closely with the General Manager to set up a new outlet and to ensure the smooth operations of all aspects of the Hawker Centre.
**Operations**
- Set up, maintain and review periodically existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure a safe working environment for the staff.
- Responsible for preparing incident reports in the event of accidents, major complaints, warnings from authorities for contravention of licensing regulations, theft or fights.
- Investigate and rectify any complaints and implement preventive measures to deter future occurrences.
**Finance**
- To work with management in identifying ways and means to control costs without compromising service and product quality.
- To monitor monthly budgets and revenue targets.
- Responsible for supervision and submission of weekly cash sales.
- Submission of petty cash in accordance with the company’s standards.
- Submission of payroll in accordance with company's standards.
**Leadership and Customer Relations**
- Ensure that policies and procedures, including those for cash handing and safety/security are followed diligently.
- To act as the lead ambassador for the Timbre Brand during operation hours.
**Promotions**
- To monitor and record sales from such promotions to determine their efficacy.
- To propose new promotional efforts in an effort to drive brand awareness and financial targets.
**Event Management**
- Ensuring that all equipment requirements are arranged for and in place prior to the start of an event.
- To ensure that all equipment is packed and returned to their storage areas.
**Human Resource**
- Prepare rosters for the staff.
- Calculate and manage any overtime incurred by the employees.
- Differentiate and explain the terms in a Staff Employment Contract.
- Calculate pro-rated staff benefits and entitlements.
**Tenant Management**
- Coordinate and ensure all take over & handover inspections, fitting out & reinstatements are in accordance with approved plans guideline and in a safe manner.
- Tenant relationship management - promote & manage good working relations with tenants. As the key point of contact with tenants and other parties, you will handle all correspondences / feedback / grievances on daily operational matters. Ensure all matters reported have been handled and properly closed
- Manage and ensure effective management of arrears
- Engage with tenants to participate and contribute actively towards management programs as well and obtain their feedback
**Facilities Management**
- Coordinate and supervise routine / ad hoc maintenance services and repair works to ensure contractors complete their maintenance and repair works according to the required timelines and specifications
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure site facilities & systems are in safe and good working conditions in accordance with the statutory requirements and regulations
- Maintain thorough records of site related matters. This includes all copy of leases, inspections, copy of service contracts, maintenance requests, complaints, record of repairs etc.
- Assist in the timely submission of reports as and when required.

- Site/outlet and equipment management - Manage site/outlet and equipment maintenance
- Minimum of 7 years of hawker centre experience.
