Design, develop and manage high quality L&D content to be used within the wider Global L&D offering, working under the guidance of the L&D leadership and in collaboration with the existing Learning & Development / Leadership Development consultants in the team.
Use relevant frameworks and tools and collaterals to design / develop content that is effective and works across the different learner / leader groups.
Create fit for purpose, learning content within agreed timeframes, which can be used within the wider L&D offering.
Project manage the development of in-person, digital and blended learning solutions, working with internal SMEs and external L&D developers
Maintain and update existing sessions, courses and programmes to ensure the content remains up to date.
When requests are received from the business, work with the HR / L&D leadership to conduct training needs analysis to identify capability gaps and L&D interventions / initiatives needed.
Work with external training providers and internal SMEs to develop L&D and Leadership Development programmes and modules that support business needs; developing effective working relationships with both external training providers and internal SMEs.
Act in a consultative capacity to provide best practice L&D advice and guidance across the company, working with different teams in the business to design key learning interventions / initiatives as required.
Work independently on projects as the lead L&D specialist, providing advice and support to other teams/units in the business / HR, under the guidance of the L&D leadership and others in the L&D team.
Contribute to the design and development of the appropriate technical infrastructure required to deliver digital multimedia content - e.g. manage the Global L&D intranet sites.
Deliver programme content/sessions as and when required.
Assist the L&D leadership on specific L&D projects and ad hoc requests as necessary.
Provide ad hoc support to regional and local learning requirements (may involve some regional travel and session delivery).
