**Responsibilities**:
Plays a pivotal role in leading the HR and Admin strategy to APAC region and integration of global projects. To be the consultant and advisor to management on business issues and best practices of people management. Main Role**:HR Business and Strategic Partner of Corporate Management upon APAC businesses.
- **Business Partnering**
- Lead the overall development and implementation of various HR initiatives within the APAC region by providing HR advisory and support services to business teams and leaders;
- Manage the entire recruitment process in line with Corporate's instruction & overall budget. Advise the hiring from time to time to ensure the right persons for right position;
- Review and monitor HR practices and policies for local compliance. Address HR issues & concerns with proactive action plans. Align country policies and procedures with company strategy and objectives as well as best practice.
- **HR Operations & Administration**
- Implement and improve HR and payroll tracking, reporting, and budgeting system;
- Prepare reports as required to provide the management team with various data requirements relating to information needs, including responses to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs;
- Provide analysis, maintenance, and communication of information required by local governing bodies and ensure the company is compliance with the legal requirements.
- **Compensation & Benefits**:
- Manage employee contracts, compensation, and benefits in conjunction with the establishment, negotiation, compliance, execution, and or termination of employees;
- Negotiate and maintain medical and travel insurance policies;
- Support company management in the development of benefits & incentive policies & programs for employees and management;
- Drive the development and implementation of a key talent retention strategy incorporating best market retention practices, evaluations, and competitors’ analysis reports, etc;
- Lead the company’s participation in various salary surveys and monitoring the company’s competitiveness to market compensation.
- **Training & Development**:
- Develop and implement an employee orientation, on-boarding and training program. Enhance company employee handbook, training materials, and HR related company literature and communications;
- Identify appropriate training and development opportunities within the organization for further growth and development of employees and management. Work with executive team to build a network for strategic communication and planning;
- Develop & implement HR programs to maximize the company’s capability in attracting, developing & retaining talent;
- Coach management with issues associated with their employees, including the development of employee performance improvement plans and skill building.
- **Office Administration**:
- Lead the overall development and implementation of various Office Admin functions within the APAC region.
- Ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively thus to allow other operations to function properly.

**Skills & Experience**
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to bring the following:
- Degree or above in human resources management or equivalent
- Minimum 12 years of solid HRM experience in international organizations
- Experience and excellent knowledge of APAC
- Ability to analyze, interpret and explain the legal framework regulating all countries in APAC
- Excellent interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and willingness to go above and beyond
- Influencing and negotiating skills, to implement HR policies
- Excellent command of English
- Willing to travel
