Provide secretarial support to assigned Division(s) and Senior Management
- Make travel arrangements and ensure claims are made in accordance to company policy
- Plan, organise, coordinate and support meetings, presentations, and corporate events
- Ensure day-to-day smooth running of the office and the administrative services (including JTC OPS Online Pass System, Scientific IT related activities, Procurement) are delivered efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of the organisation
- Oversee a team providing office and divisional administration support
- Support the Data Protection Officer to oversee the data protection responsibilities and ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)
- Manage and execute other duties, assigments and projects.
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 5 - 10 years of relevant working experience in secretarial and office administration.
- Experience in project or event management will be advantageous
- Maintain high level of confidentiality
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).
- Effective in communication across different teams and divisions and with HQ departments
- Resourceful, self-motivated, independent, results-oriented, organised, meticulous and a good team player
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
