**Descriptions**:

- Managing end to end client / fund onboarding process
- Screening of PPM / Info-Memo and providing basic KYC on funds and DD on investments
- Implementing and maintaining process controls within the team; including having proper framework in place
- Working closely with Hong Kong headquarters on deal processing operational matters
- Able to work within short deadlines for ad-hoc projects
- Providing support for relevant administrative / operational work
- Good presentation/data management skills preferred - PowerPoint/Excel
- Consistently adhering to and achieving satisfactory internal compliance requirements for all related funds structures

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin; high advantageous if fluent in Cantonese
- Positive and willing learner
- Team player with good communication skills
- Meticulous and detailed orientated
- Analytical mind with problem solving skills
- Able to deal with different culture and business settings
