**Duties / Responsibilities**
- Develop, lead and manage the product development lifecycle of Actsys' Energy Management System (EMS) software, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable, and innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment with goals and priorities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive offerings to inform product strategy.
- Work closely with the development team to oversee the design, development, testing, and release of new product features and functionality.
- Define and manage product roadmap and priorities to ensure that Actsys remains at the forefront of innovation in EMS software suite.
- Oversee the development and implementation of effective pricing and positioning strategies for the EMS software suite.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and use cases, ensuring that Actsys delivers solutions that meet and exceed their expectations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, encouraging a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Implement online performance monitoring and energy optimization systems

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Chemical Engineering / Computer Science (other disciplines need not apply)
- A conceptual knowledge of the use of engineering simulation software would be advantageous
- 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the energy management software space.
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful software products in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
- Strong technical background and familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Passion for energy management and sustainability, with a desire to make a positive impact on the environment.
