**Responsibilities**
- Perform sample preparation (defect marking, sample cutting) by different tools/equipment.
- Perform failure analysis by Visual Inspection and using various tools and instruments such as Microscope, SEM/EDX, Surface Profiler etc.
- Compile data and prepare analytical reports.
- Perform analysis tools’ troubleshooting and routine preventive maintenance, and laboratory housekeeping.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by superior.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum O or A Level/ NITEC / Diploma in Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in operating analytical instruments such as Microscope, SEM/EDX.
- Familiar with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001.
- Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel and Powerpoint.
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work in 12-hour rotating shift (4/2/4/2).
- Able to perform overtime as and when necessary.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing cleanroom gear.
