**The Job Responsibilities**
**- At the crossroads of Sales, Marketing, and Product, you will collaborate across teams to scale up our User Acquisition Machine for our on-demand Enterprise verticals.**
**- Supervise, analyze, and iterate on-demand campaigns to drive customer acquisition in line with our financial goals.**
**- Continuously test and optimize new channels, audiences, content, product-led growth strategies.**
**- Increase overall onboarding conversion rate while reducing onboarding churn.**
**- Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure initiatives are driving profitable acquisition.**
**- Champion metrics-driven analysis and decision-making throughout the organization.**
**Minimum qualifications**
**- 3-5 years of direct, growth-focused experience in a B2B SaaS, preferably in a startup environment.**
**- Experience leading a team.**
**- Data driven, proficient with financial data.**
**- Hands-on, strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done.**
**- Strong oral and written communication skills and presentation skills.**
**- Humility and eagerness to learn and grow, empathetic leadership.**
**- High quality standards in line with our brand vision.**
**Preferred qualifications**
**- Master degree in Marketing, Business or related fields.**
**- Proficiency with database management systems and data visualization software (e.g. MySQL and Tableau) to help in data analysis.**
**- Knowledge of Product Marketing or Business Development.**
**- Knowledge of CRM (ActiveCampaign), automation tools, analytics tools.**

**- Location: Within 3h time zone of Singapore. Remote.**
