**Who are we looking for**
We are looking for a Country Growth Manager to join our growing team. You will work closely with our multi-talented team to identify and prioritize growth opportunities for the business.
**Here's how you'll be contributing**:
- Develop and implement country-specific growth strategies: Identify opportunities for business expansion, market penetration, and revenue growth within the assigned country. Create and execute actionable plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Customer acquisition and retention: Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives to expand the customer base and increase customer loyalty. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective localized campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement programs. Identify new growth drivers by identifying key market needs and customer pain points as key drivers.
- Partnership development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, distributors, and other relevant partners. Collaborate with partners to leverage synergies, access new markets, and drive growth opportunities.
- Market analysis and research: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Stay updated with industry developments, regulatory changes, and economic factors that may impact business growth.
- Data Analysis: Leverage internal and external data to identify growth and revenue opportunities, build business cases, design, lead and implement key initiatives with internal teams. Develop useful metrics through effective use of data, extracting insights, product data, and customer research to identify and optimize the different growth levers
**Our technologies**:
We are building a high performance microservice based product, with tarantool and timescaledb as a database at its core. Languages that we are using: Java, Go, Lua.
**What we are building**:
- RabbitX is a global permissionless perpetuals exchange powered on Starknet.
- RabbitX boasts various features, including unparalleled speed due to a unique hybrid orderbook composition and being built on Starknet
- RabbitX has plans for exotic crypto derivatives, interest rates, and FX trading
- We are working with A LOT of data
**Requirements**:
- Familiar with crypto industry resources, understands user growth methodology with practical past execution expertise
- Experience in customer acquisition strategies.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients and stakeholders
- Excellent strategic thinking and execution skills
- Familiar with digital marketing, branding, content marketing, event planning and cross-functional experience
- Flexible, data-driven individual with independent strategic perspective on user growth
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to think critically and creatively
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to speak fluently in either Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean or Japanese
