**Who are we looking for**

We are looking for a passionate and growth oriented Country Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts in China/Japan.

**Here's how you'll be contributing**:

- Liaise closely with our leadership and engineering teams to rapidly shape our marketing and growth strategies
- Rapidly build and nurture large communities from scratch, leveraging creative marketing techniques
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and user acquisition
- Design and curate strong content which resonates with our target audience
- Employ a data-driven, full-funnel approach to marketing with measurable outcomes

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience in Crypto/Defi industry with high growth startups
- Deep understanding of financial products and services, as well as a passion for decentralized finance.
- Expert in social media marketing and possess a thorough understanding of the different social networks
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
