MessageBird is looking for a Growth Account Manager to manage some of our largest clients in the region. In this role, you will be responsible for their retention and growth. You will look after a specific territory and assigned quota while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

You’ll report to the VP of Sales, APAC and work in close partnership with Sales, Product Management, Customer Support/Success, Marketing, Legal and Finance.

**What you’ll do**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Develop and execute strategies and account planning to drive growth and revenue for assigned accounts.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for growth, including holding Quarter Business Reviews
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to develop and implement client solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve client outcomes.
- Employ a solution-selling methodology to facilitate customer evaluations and to help them understand MessageBird’s unique differentiation.
- Develop and grow MessageBird visibility and relationships across multiple levels within the customer organisation. Navigate through decision makers and influencers
- Representing MessageBird at events/tradeshows

**What you’ll bring**
- 4+ years of progressively increased responsibility in B2B within the SaaS space
- Ability to manage relationships with all levels of the partner community
- Full professional proficiency in English and Chinese, both verbally and written
- Track record of personally selling and closing complex technical solutions to enterprises and software companies
- Strong experience in both the direct and partner channels are desired
- Experience with creating pricing proposals, negotiating terms and managing the contract process. Fearless and a ruthless focus on execution.
- Demonstrated experience with Enterprise and the ability to leverage those contacts
- Experience selling communications to a technical and business audience, building trust and mutual respect with technical customers and peers

- Track record of handling Mainland Chinese customers and proven performance of growing their account
- Prior experience within CPaaS offerings is a plus
