Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will primarily be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive framework and system architecture to enhance our cybersecurity posture.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Infra/Ops, Digital Technology Services, you will be responsible for designing, implementing a comprehensive framework, and maintaining our digital infrastructure to ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our digital services. Your expertise will drive the optimisation of our digital operations and contribute to shaping the future of digital SBF.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the formulation of ICT security strategy and work plan, in alignment with SBF’s strategic plans.
- Assist to provide security governance, enforcing cyber security risk assessment and risk acceptance from stakeholders.
- Ensure cyber security compliance with SBF IT policies and standards.
- Support business initiatives through risk management, which involves performing the security risk assessment to identify and analyse security risks, recommending risk treatment and mitigation measures, and assessing residual risks.
- Ensure that key security requirements are defined and designed into the systems, implemented in accordance with the security design, and in compliance with prevailing security policies and standards.
- Review and assess the incident response plan to ensure that it remains effective and current.
- Lead and Review security assurance tests that include vulnerability scans, and penetration testing.
- Identify cybersecurity risks to systems, assets, data, and capabilities and be prepared to respond immediately to any of such incidents.
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates to cybersecurity posture.
- Manage and supervise the implementation of cybersecurity projects.

**Job Requirements**
- Preferably ‘Certified Information Systems Security Professional’ (CISSP), ‘Certified Information Systems Auditor’ (CISA) or ‘Certified Information Security Manager’ (CISM).
- 5 years of experience related to information security and working knowledge of ICT operations, security policies and procedures.
- Good working knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Active Directory, DNS, TCP/IP Networking.
- LAN/WAN setup and maintenance.
- Wireless Communication Systems.
- Infrastructure to support ICT equipment.
- Able to troubleshoot network, hardware and software problems.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to provide support to end users.
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility, initiative and resourcefulness as well as a keen interest in problem-solving.
- Experience in cybersecurity in government and non-profit organisations are preferred.
