- To prepare, develop with respective Team Leads where required, relevant drawings, images, material, lookbook and other documents relating to the design, project and proposals where required
- Attends client and project meetings where appropriate
- Site and project verification coordination with external partners where relevant
- Defining project requirements and schedule during briefing phases
- To take responsibility for the development of the design and projects with input from Team Leads or person/persons in charge for key project stages
- To lead, co-lead and be part of project team member in variable design and project deliverable
- Maintains detailed project documentation including records of key decisions, and notes from client/internal meetings
- Ability to manage client and project issue

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5+ years Interior Design experience within residential sector
- Residential Design & Build experience would be advantageous
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D max ,Adobe and design related software
- An entrepreneurial, client advisory led focused individual
- Able to demonstrate ability to undertake the above responsibilities
- Able to understand and formulate design decisions and present for discussions
- Able to work well under pressure and meet datelines efficiently
- Able to initiate in response to direction or instruction
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and as part of an effective team
- Resilient to cope with conflicting demands, able to prioritize duties and work effectively
- Understanding of the designer’s role in the coordination and integration of project information and management
