**HSBC Financial Management Trainees & Financial Service Managers
**Job Description:
We are a global leading financial services company seeking talented and driven individuals to join our team as **Financial Management Trainees **and **Financial Service Managers **.

As a Financial Management Trainee, you will participate in a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the financial services industry.

As a Financial Service Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of financial advisors and driving business growth through effective leadership and business development strategies.

**Responsibilities:
- Financial Management Trainee:

- Participate in a comprehensive training program that covers

financial planning, investment products, and sales strategies
- Conducting client meetings and developing customized

financial plans
- Build a solid understanding of financial markets and

investment products
- Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills to build

relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Financial Service Manager:

- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of financial advisors
- Develop and implement business development strategies to

drive growth and meet business targets
- Provide coaching and guidance to financial advisors to improve

performance and achieve business objectives
- Foster a positive team culture and motivate team members to

achieve their goals

**Requirements:
- Financial Management Trainee:

- Higher Degrees in finance, business, or a related field
- Strong interest in financial services and a desire tolearn and develop

new skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Financial Service Manager:

- Higher Degrees in finance, business, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in financial services, with a proven track

record in sales and business development
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
