**About the Role**
We’re looking for a go-getter Sales Executive to drive our expansion across APAC (Southeast Asia, Korea, ANZ) and Europe. You’ll be working closely with retailers, e-commerce platforms, and B2B customers—building relationships, hunting for new opportunities, and making sure our products land (and stay) in all the right places. **What You’ll Do**
**Sales & Business Development**
- Help craft sales pitches and presentations that make retailers and distributors say, _Yes, we need these tempeh chips on our shelves_
- Support lead generation and manage inbound inquiries like a pro.
- Get deep into market trends, customer needs, and competitor insights—because knowledge is power.
- Assist with forecasting, sales strategy, and promotional planning to drive growth.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, production, R&D, QC, finance) to make sure sales efforts align with overall business goals.
**Key Account Management**
- Keep our retail, e-commerce and B2B partners happy and well-stocked.
- Manage sales orders, track performance, and ensure smooth delivery operations.
- Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, solving problems before they even arise.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to spot opportunities for growth.
**Sales Operations & Reporting**
- Maintain and update our CRM system (because organized sales data = smarter decisions).
- Create reports, analyze numbers, and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Support pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and logistics coordination.
- Design visually engaging sales decks and presentations that make an impact.

- Passion for healthy, plant-based food and a curiosity about snack trends and next-big-things? Big plus
**What You Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 2+ years in sales, account management, or business development. CPG/food industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) & basic design skills (Canva, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
