Technical Support:
Work closely with research scientiest and engineers to support R&D projects in advanced manufacturing technologies.
Identify and recommend appropriate characterization techniques, test standard and methodology for projects.
Perform sample preparation, equipment operation, data collection and report for metallurgical analysis, materials characterization and measurement.
Operate and maintain analytical and test equipment, such as cross-section polisher, optical microscope with image processing software, mechanical tester, profilometer and spectrometers.
- Lab Management and day-to-day operations

Maintain lab equipment in good working condition, lab consumables are adequately stocked and well managed.
Source and purchase new equipment, modules and accessories.
Prepare and update lab safety document RA/SWP. Implement and maintain 5S in the lab.
Provide training and advice for lab equipment users.

**Requirements**:
Diploma in Materials, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
Good communication skills.
Self-motivated with a positive work and learning attitude.
Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
