**Team Summary**

Client Services provides industry-leading operational support to Visa’s clients around the world. With our deep knowledge and expertise, we bring the voice of the customer into the design, development and successful deployment of Visa products and services. We are trusted partners to Visa’s clients, providing expertise to support and successfully grow their business.

The Client Delivery team is responsible for designing the client service experience for new solutions and delivering end-to-end client implementations for products, solutions, infrastructure, and new client onboarding.

**What a Sr Consultant, CS Processing & Infrastructure does at Visa**:
CS Processing & Infrastructure team is a dedicated team partners with Product and Technology to support client focused product and solution development while advocating for the Client & Client Services team. We enable Client and Client Services teams to successfully deploy and support products solutions in a consistent, scalable & repeatable way across Asia Pacific (AP) region.

Within Client Services, the role of the Sr Consultant is to take ownership of a product team’s vision and deliver with excellence for our clients on behalf of Visa. The role holder acts as the liaison between Product, Technology and Client Services to engage early and provide input during the design and development stages, including building out implementation and support requirements, and partnering cross-functionally to identify and communicate system enhancement and product roadmap impacts to the client facing support teams to enable our clients’ success.

This role is responsible for delivering specialized operational output on complex initiatives without predefined instructions through individual efforts and matrix management, including partnering with Processing Solution and Product to understand the strategic roadmap, interpret and communicate Client Services and client needs. This role holder will be accountable for defining the support and implementation plan, executing initial pilot clients / use cases and defining a plan to migrate support to core Client Services teams with a focus on operational efficiency and scaling to support the product pipeline.

In this role, you are expected to:

- Design and enable delivery of a scalable and repeatable and effective client service experience from implementation to support for new solutions, while anticipating and planning for deviations to intended experience
- Define and execute transition plan to migrate support to wider Client Services teams with a focus on operational efficiency
- Partner with Product & Technology teams to develop artifacts, training materials and presentations for the Client Services team
- Active engagement in key initiative & new product deployment cycle includes product solutioning and UAT participation
- Primary liaison with Product, Processing Solutions and Technology team to identify client impacts, support and implementation gaps, assist in resolution of gaps prior to product rollouts
- Manage and execute new product and solutions pilot deployment, lead as Project manager to coordinate directly with pilot clients to analyze services and platform requirements, to support the business and formulate implementation solutions
- Collaborate, able to influence key stakeholders (internal and external), and be a change agent within the team and with cross-functional partners (at multiple levels) to achieve targeted goals
- Embrace and implement new methodologies on an ongoing basis as the business scales within the organization
- Orientation towards quality enhancement and process improvement Proactively identify opportunities and implement recommendations to increase service quality and/or efficiency
- Assume appropriate decision-making authorities to ensure flawless execution of project objectives
