**Responsibilities**:
- Perform applied research and development (R&D) work in the area of material synthesis, characterization and evaluation.
- Perform administrative and procurement job-related duties as assigned.
- Co-supervise and support students working on industry, community and and/or consultancy projects.
**Requirements**:
- Relevant qualification in Chemical, Civil and Environmental Engineering or related disciplines with preferably at least one year of working experience in Engineering or discipline related to technology management.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication and consensus-building skills across different disciplines, cultures, and organisational levels.
- Possess passion and genuine interest in sustainable material development and additive manufacturing technologies (e.g., 3D printing by gantry printer, automation & robotic arms).
- Good command of English Language; strong interpersonal, written and communication skills; confident in collaborative works with industry partner.
