**Project / Operations Executive (Entry Level) - Industry Research**:
We are a research organisation dedicated to understanding issues facing Singapore companies. Working closely with key stakeholders, and through rigorous research, we aim to provide business insights that can shape government policies and initiatives for the benefit of Singapore’s business community.

**Project / Operations Executive - Industry Research**:
The role is to support the industry research unit by conducting data collection through multiple methods including online surveys, focus group discussion and secondary research on companies in Singapore.

**K**ey Job Responsibilities**:

- Manage operational tasks including project set-up, monitoring of fieldwork progress and project timelines to ensure a successful project outcome
- Close collaboration with project team to ensure quality fieldwork execution, including online surveys, focus groups and other research methodologies
- Provide operational support for database management and data collection processes, including creating and/or updating and maintaining research workflows/SOPs as required
- Process and organise firmographics information collected into coherent industry profiles; maintain and update information in an accurate manner for tracking purpose
- Proactively review existing research workflows and process to meet ongoing project requirements

**Qualifications, Skills, Attributes**:

- Diploma in Business, Statistics, Social Sciences or other related fields
- Proficient in the use of MS Excel
- Keen interest in market research, project management and/or operational responsibilities
- Proactive and resourceful
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in a dynamic environment, learn quickly and adapt to new circumstances
- Knowledge in Python, SPSS, Azure and SQL will be an advantage
