**About the Role**:
Our client is seeking a **Product and Engineering Director**to lead the development and enhancement of its core platform, with a key emphasis on integrating cutting-edge AI technologies. This is a high-impact leadership position reporting directly to the co-founders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Own and drive the product roadmap and strategic direction of the platform
- Design and implement AI-driven features to expand product capabilities
- Provide technical leadership to a team of engineers (currently 4) based in Vietnam
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business, design, and customer success teams
- Stay abreast of emerging AI/ML technologies and identify opportunities for adoption
- Optimize development processes and ensure engineering best practices are upheld

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in SaaS product development, with strong AI/ML exposure
- Demonstrated success in leading engineering teams and shipping scalable software products
- Strong hands-on technical expertise in full-stack development, AI frameworks, and cloud architecture
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across functional teams
- Prior experience in startup or high-growth environments is advantageous
