You will be responsible for assessing, developing, implementing and evaluating the clinical practice setting and standards of care for neuroscience nursing, focusing on cognitive/dementia-related care. You will be working closely with the all grades of nursing staff, physicians and multidisciplinary staff to provide optimal care and best outcomes to patients. You will be the clinical resource person in the assessment and management of patients with cognitive-related problems. You will be adopting evidence-based clinical practice, teaching programmes to nursing staff, provides resources and comprehensive patient education programmes to patients, families & members of the public. In addition, you will also be leading a team to meet effective, cost efficient and high quality care for patients.

**Job Requirements**
- Recognised General Nursing qualification and registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
- Degree in Nursing or Advanced Diploma in Nursing or its equivalent in the area of Neuroscience specialty is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical working experience in an acute care hospital setting
- Possesses good communication skills and a good team player
