**Salary Range**:$3,500 - $4,200 (based on experience, positions available for Staff Nurse or Senior Staff Nurse)

**Work Schedule**:

- 5.5 days work week

**Shifts**:
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (fixed)
- 1 day off weekly (after fulfilling 2 consecutive weeks of work)
- Must be flexible to work at other centers if needed (due to manpower needs)
- Annual increments & variable bonus in May/September

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality dialysis nursing care and services
- Assess patient data and ensure the right treatment plans are followed
- Supervise and provide direct patient care, ensuring safety measures are in place
- Maintain and operate dialysis equipment, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Perform blood sampling, vital sign monitoring, and cannulation of AVF/AVG
- Follow up on doctor’s orders and report incidents to the Nurse-in-Charge

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Nursing
- Relevant experience in renal care and dialysis
