**Job**Overview**

As a Senior/ Staff Nurse of our Community & Home Medical/ Nursing Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and competent delivery of healthcare to our patients. You will be required to utilize skills in IV Cannulation, Phlebotomy, Vaccination Administration and IDC Insertions. You will work closely with our Medical Director to streamline and optimize clinic workflow standards and home medical/ nursing care.

Anchor General Practitioner (GP)/ Family Physician (FP) of the clinic to deliver holistic and continued medical care to patients of all age groups. Your primary focus will be on the provision of medical consultations, management of chronic disease, counselling and follow-up of preventive care strategies through health screenings and vaccinations.

**Qualifications**
- Fully registered with Singapore Nursing Board
- Minimum of 3-5 years clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience with Home Medical/ Nursing Services

**Roles & Responsibilities**

Clinical:

- Intravenous (IV) Line Setting and Fluid/ Medication Administration
- Phlebotomy and Intramuscular Injections
- Adult and Childhood Vaccinations
- In Dwelling Urinary Catheterization / Catheter Change
- Wound Dressings
- Basic Parameters Checking - Hypocount/ ECG/ Nebulizations

Administrative
- Assist with CHAS/ Medisave Claims for patients
- Optimize medication dispensing/ clinical workflow with Medical Director
- Mentorship and skills competency training for Clinic Assistants
- Inventory management with Clinic Managers
- Patient Counselling
