**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform self-training to familiarize with the Analyzers and AMN.
- Responsible for liaising with vendors for expediting of information and project deliverables.
- Participate in the development of preventive maintenance works related to the Analyzers and AMN to ensure the reliability of the analyzer system based on risk, standards, protocols etc.
- Participate in hardware and software SAT & PAT
- Participate in Laboratory Management System (LMS), Analyzer Management Network (AMN) and Analyzer Management System (AMS) tests
- Responsible for the quality control activities, providing input for planning, inspections during construction and pre-commissioning.
- Review the commissioning spare parts required and the calibration blends/reagents required for commissioning.
- Ensure that the Analyzer Documentation is in order and updated accordingly.
- Participate in Project and vendor trainings
- Ensure compliance with company policy, safety procedures and practices.
- Participate in the root cause analysis discussions during the commissioning of the Analyzers and AMN.
- Commissioning and start up procedure development
- General Commissioning planning activities as a Commissioning planning teams’ representative
- All commissioning phase procedures will be reviewed by the analyser quality team and BAU Analyser Engineer

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Degree/Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering
- 10 years in the Oil, Gas & Pharmaceutical Industry as an Analyzer Engineer/Specialist.
- Prior Experience in Projects and TAs execution
- Knowledgeable with international standards, petroleum /petrochemical plant materials and equipment
- Experienced in maintenance work control, planning, reliability methodologies
- Good communication with strategic thinking
