**Key Responsibilities**

1. Finance and Accounting
- Handle Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable data entry
- Monitor payment from customers and liaise with customers
- Manage Supplier payments
- Generate timely P&L and Balance Sheet statements
- File Tax returns and AGM reports
- Handle GST
- All other finance matters

2. Human Resource
- Leave Approvals and monitoring staff leave
- Staff Claims
- Payroll excluded

3. Admin
- Issuing Delivery Orders
- Managing Stocks

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in any discipline, preferably with some Accounting or Finance knowledge
- Good Communication Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Meticulous and strong attention to details
- Team player

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $1,688.62 - $2,400.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
