**Requirements**:

- A strong interest and passion in value creation, creating systems-level impact.

- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in systems and operations integration or systems re-design
- Exposure to emergent new technologies in operational flows
- Sound knowledge and good understanding of the air hub ecosystem.
- Confident with high level of resourcefulness to drive projects and achieve results.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships to influence and drive collaboration.
- Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
