My client is a well-known footwear brand in the world, Birkenstock. They are building a team in Singapore to support the regional business. They are looking for an experienced Regional Order Fulfilment Specialist to join their team. Central location.

**Your new role**
- Manage and process all aspects of the client purchase order through generation of order, distributing goods and invoicing
- Processing order management, coordinating very closely with service providers such as freight forwarders and warehouse to ensure proper shipping arrangement
- Accountable to track all order status to ensure sales and service orders are allocated and shipped on time
- Creating and maintaining master data and price list in SAP and answering to customers enquires.
- Work with finance on billing and invoicing matters
- Maintain all administrative documentation and inventory records

**What you'll need to succeed**
- At least a Diploma in Business or related
- At least 3 years working experience in a similar role
- Experienced in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Someone who is a team player and enjoy working in a multinational company
- Strong interpersonal skills and passionate about the FMCG industry
