Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for end-to-end order management which includes order fulfilment and shipment coordination
- Support Sales team on distributor monthly RMA request
- Support Customer support team perform system transaction for spare parts or SKU change transaction & reconciliation
- Maintain and manage data for periodic metric reporting to the Management

Pre-Requisites:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain / Logistics Management or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in the consumer electronics industry
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Knowledge of SAP ECC an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous, and communicative
- Strong individual capable to execute independently to solve problems and team player with a strong sense of responsibility
