**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain specific customer & supplier master data prices and payment terms and lead-times.
- Prepare and maintain all records of Quotations, Purchase orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO); Commercial Invoices (CI), Packing Lists (PL) of cargo; Payments; Customer returns as well as Inventory and stock-taking records.
- Follow up on Quotations to customers; Customers’ Purchase Orders & Payments; as well as Purchase Orders & Payments to Suppliers by liaising with the respective parties.
- Provide after-sales support to Customers including managing cancellation requests and customer returns, while ensuring any credits due are acknowledged and credited.
- Liaise with Suppliers on customer returns and credits.
- Any other relevant administrative work required to support Customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in Customer Support or Customer Relationship Management, preferably in an Aviation or Manufacturing related industry.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and Customer Support Tools is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing customer support teams and achieving high customer satisfaction levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer metrics and drive data-informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse customer needs.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good team player, good attitude, honest, discipline, positive thinking, resourceful, and a good problem solver.
- Excellent communication skills to foster effective teamwork and communication within the operations team and the customers.
