The Junior Executive, Sales Support is responsible for providing essential support to the sales team in managing client relationships, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring seamless communication with customers. This role involves handling documentation, assisting with market research, and contributing to sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and requests for information.
- Follow-up on quotations, leads, and inquiries to convert them into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., operations, pricing teams) to ensure smooth execution of client requirements
- KPI - Number of sales calls daily & number of appointments successfully set-up for outdoor sales personnel.
- Coordinate with different departments and act as the customer’s point of contact to ensure all queries, problems or issues are dealt with appropriately.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, contracts, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Sales Support
- preparing quotations, RFQ, overseas coordination, monthly tariff & reporting.
- Collaborate with Accounts team and assist with payment follow-ups.
- Carry out any ad-hoc tasks/ projects as and when assigned by the Company.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma Holder in Logistics & Supply Chain
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in sales/ sales support. Experience in freight forwarding sales support will be an added advantage
- Knowledge on INCO terms will be an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
