**Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Junior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this entry-level role, you will gain valuable experience in developing and managing customer relationships, generating leads, and closing deals.

**Key Responsibilities:
**Lead Generation & Prospecting**:

- Conduct market research and identify potential clients within target industries.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.

**Sales & Account Management**:

- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly.
- Able to travel for business trips

**Sales Reporting & Analysis**:

- Track and monitor sales performance against targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and strategies

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist with the preparation of sales materials and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- CRM software experience
