**Responsibilities**:

- Design an integrated Leadership and People Development (LPD) curriculum that aligns with the organization’s leadership strategy.
- Work with external training consultants to deliver LPD programs, providing a top-tier training experience.
- Source and implement leadership and behavioral assessments independently or with Talent Management.
- Collaborate on leadership content for senior leaders as “Management Trainers,” supporting a culture of “leader-as-coach” to share insights and engage leaders across levels.
- Regularly review in-house education programs to ensure alignment with organizational and national workforce goals.
- Ensure the orientation program remains effective and relevant for new joiners.
- Increase the focus on leadership and people development across the organization.
- Handle all logistics and administration for leadership training, with support from the Learning Shared Services Team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- At least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on Leadership and People Development or Talent Management.
- WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).
- WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) or Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) is an added advantage.
