E-fx/ Fixed Income Onboarding/ Operation

**Responsibilities**:

- Proceed with technical onboard of clients to multi-dealers platforms (Bloomberg, TradeWeb, MarketAxess) or our internal trading platforms (SG Markets)
- Increase internal sales turnover by extracting existing clients/user's configuration and adjusting the margin/tiering to capture more business flows or to update the configuration
- Troubleshoot any incidents happening on the electronic trading system including trading rejections, technical or functional issues

**Requirements**:

- 1-4 years experience in eFx / eFI client services within a bank or trading solution providers
- Strong knowledge of eFX/eFI and external vendor platform onboarding
- FIX protocol knowledge is a plus
- Attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication & multi-task skills with strong team spirit
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
