Overview

The role will report to the Head of Treasury Management. You will be a Senior Trader in several asset classes, with specialization in Fixed Income related products. You will lead the Fixed Income trading vertical and co-manage the Treasury Management department with senior members to develop trading strategies and liquidity access. In addition, you will spearhead initiatives to transform trading workflows and technology.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for implementations of Fixed Income, and other cross asset products
  • Supervise and provide guidance to Fixed Income Traders and co-manage department with senior members
  • Drive counterparty relationships to enhance trading opportunities and Transaction Cost Analysis quality
  • Devise trading strategies and build technologies to optimize performance and mitigate risk
  • Lead trading initiatives relating to workflows, infrastructures, and systems
  • Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and Analysts on market dynamics and intelligence
  • Maintain risk and compliance with regulatory requirements and mandate governance
  • Partner Business Management Group and Control divisions on trade related matters
Education Qualification
  • Bachelor's Degree qualification and above
  • Preferably Singapore MAS license holder
Experience and Skills
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Buy and/or Sell implementation within Fixed Income and/or FX markets
  • Possess supervisory experiences, and/or leadership qualities to manage a trading unit
  • Team player with strong ability to balance priorities efficiently and foster collaboration
  • Confident engaging with members, senior investment professionals and stakeholders across the firm
  • Proficiency in using trading technology like Bloomberg TSOX, MarketAxess, and/or TradeWeb
  • Ability to work under pressure and attentive to project datelines
  • Strong analytical skills and mathematical background
  • Eagerness to transform trading workflow and technologies, and accept changes at work
  • Programming knowledge will be a plus
