**Gym Front Desk Staff**
You must have a valid status to work legally in Singapore. This role does not sponsor a work visa.
**Reports To**:
- General Manager
- Assistant Manager

- Receptionists
- Trainer Manager
- Coaches
**Summary**:
We're seeking proactive individuals who thrive in dynamic environments. This role involves close client interaction, so strong communication, promptness, and organizational skills are a must. While experience in aviation, hospitality, and customer service is preferred, it's not mandatory. We want someone who is motivated and eager to take on challenges.
**Position Details**:
- Permanent Full-Time position or Part-time positions available
- Full time positions are required to operate on weekends (choose 1.5 weekday off)
- Shift timings 7am to 8pm
**Salary Details**:
- Permanent Full-Time position $2,500 - 44hrs a week
- Part-time positions available $13/hr
- Plus CPF
More progression opportunities available, managerial positions available if you are willing to take on more responsibilities

**Responsibilities**
As a Front desk staff at ATP Personal Training, your responsibilities would include:
- Reception duties:
- Managing the reception area by greeting and assisting walk-in customers, as well as checking in clients.
- Answering all incoming calls, redirecting them or taking messages as required.
- Welcoming clients as they approach the front desk and providing excellent customer service.
- Handling booking requests, cancellations, and reconfirmations from clients.
- Collecting payments and outstanding fees from clients.
- Manage MBO (Mindbody) including client profiles, packages and coach schedules.
- Reminding clients about package renewals to ensure timely renewals
- Liaising with coaches to monitor gym capacity and manage bookings effectively
- Liaise with vendors for all gym supplies
- Optimize member enrolment & retention by building and enhancing relationships with new & existing members
- Maintain an open line of communication with management and coaches on all aspects of facility and operational procedures
- Maintains and enforces the highest level of customer service at all times while complying with all company policies and procedures
- Manage difficult and emotional customer and employee situations
- Assist and reports on monthly club sales goals
- Ensure facility is kept clean and safe at all times, conduct locker room checks and other actions to ensure a clean gym
- Addressing client queries and reporting any issues to the General/Assistant Manager
- Completing any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the General/Assistant Manager
