Field Marketing Specialist, Singapore_

Job description
- Build and own the marketing engine in South East Asia and India region for Software AG business
- Identify effective marketing and promotional channels, including the media channels to be used to deliver the product message to customers
- Localize and deploy the global and regional digital marketing campaigns including content syndication and search engine marketing
- Create and manage a digital media strategy and take ownership of executing local activities including digital and physical events
- Collaborate with the Inside Sales and Account teams for lead follow up
- Track the performance of campaigns through a data-driven approach, and provide visibility to the management on the health of marketing engine
- Work closely with the Country Head, Sales team and Partner team and align marketing priorities to business priorities

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- Excellent communication skills in English (and Bahasa would be an advantage)
- Experience in digital marketing and social media platforms
- Experience in independently organizing digital and in-person events and marketing activities
- Experience in using Salesforce and Marketo a plus
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Detail-oriented and execution-focused
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
