
Business Unit Manager

Lead a brand and responsible in overall clusters of kiosks business and operations to deliver great customer experience, build sales through great kiosks operations and trading area visibility/penetration, and optimize profit through effective kiosks controls.
**Responsibilities**:
**People**
- Demonstrate and reinforce leadership behaviours and basic people minimums necessary to gain commitment, employee loyalty and morale from team members to run a smooth, profitable kiosks operations
- Knows, enforces and educate team members on all Labour Law, Organization policies, Food Safety, Safety & Security regulations
- Lead the training and development of Operations Team to gain Operations and Execution Excellence
- Identify Staffing gaps with Ops Manager / Area Manager and develop storefront and crew referral tactics for recruitment of crew and supervisors. Partner with HRBP on hiring sites, online channels for recruitment of area managers and store managers
- Communicate and follow up on new initiatives / policies updates effectively to Ops Manager / Area Manager
- Plan, develop and implement brand level strategic workforce planning for replacement and expansion
**Customer Experience / Sales Building and Profitability**
- Lead entire brand team to deliver great Food Safety, Quality, Service and Cleanliness to our customers and meet Brand level sales target
- Conduct Monthly Store Visitation Review with Operations Managers / Area Managers to identify gaps and develop Strategic Directions for the Brand
- Plan, Development and provide strategic directions for operations workflow format for efficiency and customer touch point journey for great kiosks experience
- Plan, develop strategic plan and Lead through Operations Managers / Area Managers on FS & QSC improvement to improve overall kiosks FS & QSC standards
- Analyze and develop overall customers feedback trend and formulate Strategic plans for improvement as a Brand
- Set Direction for store front and delivery mechanizing based on brand strategic plan and customer insights
- Lead and develop the R&D of new product range with partners / chefs
- Identify kiosks profitability gaps and develop strategic steps for improvement as abrand
- Plan, calendarize and deploy New Products, brand promotion / campaign in a timely manner
**Administration, Cross Functional collaboration, Vendor management and Others**
- Review and plan Strategic workforce planning and staffing needs with Operations Managers / Area Managers
- Review Brand level Sales trend and develop both strategic and tactical sales building plans for implementation through operations managers / area managers
- Review PnL expenses gaps and develop both strategic and tactical action steps to optimize profitability
- Review and Reconcile monthly sales, COGS, COL and EBITDA targets for each kiosks with Operations Manager / Area Manager
- Monthly PnL Reconcile with explanation on actual vs target for the Brand
- Review Market Business Trend (Sales, TC, AC), Customer buying patterns (P-Mix) and formulate Brand strategies and directions in consultation with Brand General Manager / Chief Operating Officer
- Review new sites and current sites for potential opening, relocation, renewal and provide directional need to Business development in consultation with Brand General Manager / Chief Operating Officer
- Manage Vendors and negotiate to ensure services provided are well spend to maximize expenses
- Partner with Marketing on Merchandising artwork and directional
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Experienced in operations management in F&B industry, managing F&B kiosks concept preferred
- Possess good leadership, strong communication and good interpersonal skills
