We are an **Innovation and New Business **consulting firm specialized in **innovative sectors **from **life science **(healthcare, agri food, cosmetics) to **other industrial sectors **(chemistry / materials, energy / environment, aeronautics / space /defense).
We work daily with **high-level decision makers **within **MNCs **mainly; **Private equity funds **interested in our sectors, **public institutions or innovative SMEs/startups **are also part of decision makers we support.
In nearly 30 years, more than 230 explorers have joined our adventure in our **8 international base camps **across France Europe, the USA and Singapore. Our **Singapore **office is our **APAC headquarter **, created in 2016. Our regional team focuses on our **life science sector **, working daily with key players in **healthcare **(pharmaceutical, medtechs, biotech, diagnostic), **food **(agribusiness, human & animal nutrition, F&B), **personal & beauty care MNCs **.
Our ambition? To build a team of 1000 explorers. And APAC will contribute to this growth and we are looking for our motivated **Business Unit Assistant **to help us develop faster ALCIMED in Asia **

Your mission:
In order to help the BU to develop in the region, you will be helping the business unit head and project manager in different missions as a “ **swiss knife **”:
- **Administrative support**
- **Following-up **activity figures & **reportings**
- **Managing **invoices**
- Managing **expense reports**
- Coordinate and manage travel plans and arrangements for business trips
- **Sales support**
- **Taking meetings **with top decision-makers at regional & local level for the BU head
- Assisting in **following up clients **& generating reminders
- Helping **draw up commercial proposals**
- **Watching **actively the ecosystem: competitors, partners, relevant conferences, networking events
- Supporting **promoting **Alcimed brand **across Asia
- **Recruitment support**
- Taking the lead on onboarding process for new hires, including setting up working place and purchasing necessary items
- **Happiness officer**
- **Organizing **events for the Singapore team
- Supporting in the **good lively atmosphere **of the office
- Performing any other **ad hoc missions **when necessary
As soon as you will join our Singapore office, you will be specifically trained on our methodologies and benefit from ALCIMED’s cumulated experience from other assistants. You will be directly managed by the Business Unit head that will support you on your career path to evolve
**Your profile**:
- You have a **previous experience **as executive assistant / PA; ideally in consulting firm or small team
- You have 2 / 4 years of higher education in management, accounting or assistantship with certification from Institute of Technical Education or similar.
- Highly organized, excellent time management skills, able to work well under pressure
- Able to adapt quickly, execute multiple tasks and effectively prioritize
- Numerate, with good attention to details
- You master Microsoft Office (XLS, WORD, PPT)
- You are fluent in **professional written and spoken English**
- You see yourself as a true **explorer **, with an **entrepreneurship mindset**
- Personal skills**:Rigorous - Taste for figures - Proactive - Adaptable with sense of service - Team player - Adventurous -- Dynamic - highly organized**
