**What you do**:

- **Strategy and Analytics**: Dive into customer insights across Asia, benchmark against competitors, and lead focus group discussions.
- **Distribution Transformation**: Enhance processes from financial needs analysis to quality control and persistency management.
- **Product, Segments, and Propositions**: Contribute to training, marketing campaigns, product development, and sales tools.
- **Support Regional Initiatives**: Drive cross-sell/up-sell programs and support regional training and marketing efforts.
- **Power BI Reporting**: Leverage data to drive insights and business decisions.
- **Best Practice Sharing**: Organize events like workshops and partner visits to foster knowledge sharing.

**What You Bring**:

- A recent diploma graduate (within the last two years) from a Singapore Polytechnic in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge or experience in banking and financial products is a plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
