**Job Purpose** Allianz Apprenticeship programme is a 12-month programme. The objective of this programme is to attract, develop, and retain talented individuals who will become future leaders in the company, while also fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment. Business Functions - People & Culture (75%), Sustainability (25%)

**What you do** You will provide support across full spectrum of the People & Culture function at Allianz Regional Office, mainly in the areas of operations. To broaden the exposure, you will also be expected to support Sustainability projects.
- Proactively assist in day-to-day People & Culture operations matters and provide support during onboarding, employee movements and offboarding.
- Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives organised by People & Culture and lead the creation of monthly newsletters.
- Collaborate closely with HRS team and secondary level support to ensure maintenance of employee data and accuracy in HR systems.
- Drive and support local and Group reporting, including but not limited to Compliance screening, HR Metrics, German Branch Travellers and MOM surveys.
- Preparation of People & Culture related data as requested for any local or Group initiatives, such as for engagements surveys, learning hours completion etc.
- Support adoption of new initiatives with Employee Master Platform, where required.
- Be a People & Culture ambassador, a point of contact for employees to address their queries.
- Support on ad hoc projects assigned by the Head of People & Culture and Head of Sustainability, where required.
- Analytical mind with eye for detail and go getter attitude would flourish in this role.

**What you bring**
- A recent diploma graduate (within the last two years) from a Polytechnic (in Singapore) in Business Administration, Human Resource, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interest in human resource function
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
