**Role Summary**
As a manager in Esko’s Renewal Specialist team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the ongoing success and growth of our customer base. You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of organizational strategy and improving performance of the renewals sales function. You will lead and mentor a team of renewal specialists, driving the renewal process, and contributing to revenue growth through contract win-backs, renewals and ensure customer engagement to minimize churn.
**Requirements**:
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- The ability to work in an often-changing, complex business environment, an ability to multi-task and an ability to manage work according to commercial priorities
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, data and process-oriented environment, using MS Excel/Word, forecasting, reporting, and delivering against quarterly targets
- Strong business acumen
- An awareness of ESKO’s product portfolio and how our customers create value with our solutions
- An awareness of the value of subscription-based products for ESKO’s customers as well as for ESKO
- Proven track record delivering results
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills in a commercial context
