**Main Responsibilities**:

- Directly support to Marine manager for training, projects & CMU functions.
- Follow through on PDOT, Rest hours, PEAP, SCM, Near miss,CWP status on weekly basis
- Follow up on training status for each branch office as per training matrix.
- Plan Sire 2.0 and Right ship online training
- Follow up on Shell PIS planning for each vessel on weekly basis.
- Follow up with branch office for training material to be sent for new take over.
- Follow up on the OTG (Video Tel) training status on every vessel on monthly basis
- Follow up for preparation for training & seminar.
- Quarterly safety talk for vessels
- All day-to-day matters

**Requirements**:

- Minimum O Levels /ITE / Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in similar field is preferred but not compulsory.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Power point
