**Qualifications**:
Your Profile
- Minimally three years as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage or one year as Director of Food & Beverage in a well-established luxury hotel brand
- Great knowledge in restaurant and banquet management
- Well-versed in operational standards, managing manpower cost & driving financial goals
- Comprehensive knowledge of business needs and productivity requirements
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent administrative, customer service and interpersonal skills
- A can-do attitude
