**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for sales administration and daily orders fulfilment, including retrieving orders and submitting document from/ to customers’ ordering platforms and online marketplaces eg. Shopee, Lazada etc.
- Processing of daily delivery orders and invoices and planning of delivery routes/ schedule.
- Liaison and Coordination with related parties, 3PL warehouse, delivery fleet, co-workers and customers on order fulfilments.
- Assist in pick and pack and coordinate stock transfer.
- Assist in inventory management physically and online marketplaces, and ad-hoc stock count.
- Maintain good housekeeping on filing and archives.
- Perform adhoc admin duties**.**
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Certification in Business Admin/ Logistics/ Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Min. 2 years’ experience in related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (esp. Words, Excel) and MS Outlook.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English & Mandarin.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Result oriented, able to work independently and a good team player.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
We are located at Kallang Avenue, next to Bendemeer MRT Station/ 10 mins walk from Lavender MRT Station.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $2,000.00 per month
